Who will watch the Watchmen? pt1

I'm not happy ... not at all.

The beginning of this years NCAA Mens basketball season had North Carolina ranked no.1 in every poll from Raleigh-Durham to Russia. That was good... I was happy. North Carolina Basketball is as important to me as food and water is to the rest of you mortals ...it's very necessary. In a heroic attempt not to get too overjoyed I mentioned to anyone that would listen "it's not how your ranked when the season starts it's where your ranked when it ends" ( sage wisdom if ever I heard it right?). I also said the dreaded " barring injury we look poised to when it all'.

Damn.

Last night star Freshman Tyler Zeller breaks his wrist and possibly ends his season!!!! This with All Planet Senior Tyler Hansbrough nursing a stress reaction in his leg out indefinitely!! Oh wait I'm sorry, did I neglect to mention that Senior defensive star Marcus Ginyard is also out indefinitely with a stress fracture in his foot?

I hate the word indefinitely. I'm not happy.
